Shipping policy

We make all efforts to deliver your cakes safely.

We cover a radius of around 30 Km within Bangalore City Limits from our store location.

In case, you need a delivery and the checkout page is not allowing the same, please feel free to call us +91-9916127933

We use third party cab services to deliver the cakes. You will be required to collect the cake from the cabs.

In the event of you placing the order and due to unforeseen conditions we are not able to deliver, we will notify you immediately and refund your order value.

Delivery will be attempted only once and the order must be collected from the delivery vehicle.

Since cakes are delicate and need careful handling, we would request you to be present at the given delivery location at the time of the delivery.

Although we make all efforts to deliver all kinds of cakes, there are certain cakes like multi-tiered fresh cream cakes which cannot be delivered and must be picked up from our store. The website will not allow you to checkout with delivery for these varieties. Please feel free to call us for any clarifications at +91-9916127933.

You can choose to pickup the cake from our location or book your own delivery service (like hired cabs). In such a case we will help to load the cake in the vehicle, but cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred to the cake during transit or storage of the cake post pick up.

Delivery Rates*:

Delivery Distance	Delivery Charge
Up to 10km	Rs.350/-
Each additional 1km above 10km	Rs.25/km Example: For 15Km distance, delivery charge will be Rs.475 (350 + 5*25)

Delivery Timelines:

On the checkout page you will need to provide the delivery date and slot.

There are 4 available delivery slots available in a day, 

10:00AM - 12PM

12PM - 2PM

2PM - 4PM

4PM - 6PM

Delivery will be provided on your chosen date and slot.

After checking out if you still wish to change the delivery date or slot, feel free to call us at +91-9916127933, we will make all efforts to accommodate the changes.

We will make all efforts to deliver within your chosen time slot, in case delivery is getting delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will inform well ahead of time.
