Returns and Refunds
Once an order is placed, there is no option of cancelling the order from the website. However, in case you would like to cancel your order, please call us directly at +91-9916127933. 

Depending on the stage of the order for items which have a lead time of at least two days, we would inform you about the eligible refund amount post order cancellation. The refund amount can vary between 30% to 70% of the total order value and will be at the sole discretion of Cakes All The Way and its employees. 

There shall be no refunds provided for items which are eligible for same day delivery.

In the unfortunate event,  in case you are unhappy with the quality of the product, you will need to bring it to our notice within 4 hours of delivery/pickup by calling us at +91-9916127933. We would need you to send the product back to our store where we can ascertain the issues with the quality. The refund amount shall be decided post that at the sole discretion of Cakes All The Way and its employees.
In case where customers pickup the cake or use their self hired delivery service, Cakes All The Way cannot be held responsible for any structural damage to the cake and no refund will be offered in such a case.

All refunds shall be processed and credited to the same account from where the order was placed within 7-10 business days.
